My first photos in 2006 were printed in 'THE HILL' magazine in favour of the commissioned fashion photographer.
On the strength of that, I did some work for 'THE GROVE' (W11), 'THE VILLAGE' (W1) and other Archant Magazines (2006).
I have recently done work for Flora Fairbairn at her show called Dunkelheit. She is an Art Curator who has been profiled in the Daily Telegraph, The Times and Vogue Magazine.
Also recently shot some Interiors for Joanna Leonard Design.
I feel part of my purpose to de-digitize the look of pictures, which I have 'distressed' and textured, like someone might do to a table. I am not pursuing Technique, but emulating texture and evoking eras and 'Times'.
I am not a celebrity photographer, but you might find tucked in here...

" Raj Curry your talent is huge huge huge. The way you perceive your subjects, clearly immerse yourself into their being whether human, nature, the interpretation and light. Each one I have looked at so far (not the whole repetoire as it takes flipping ages for my laptop to download them) has a uniqueness to it and leads the eye around the photo. Raj if you dont you should stand so proud and tall with your work tapping an incredible dimension to you that so people would only dream of having and you have been gifted with. Eddifying reminded me of my grannies 'golden pathway' and well Raj Anna the Sprite 'The Adept Aim' and DSC 2027 would love to know that location as could be there quite happily .............. A.R.
